Graph your Site or Blog!

Another free tool to… Graph your site! This is a project from Sala, who also made onethousandpaintings.com.

To use this you need java in your computer, and then just insert your website URL here and wait for the graph to apear. Colors have a relation with tags in your page: blue – links, red – tables, green – DIV tag, violet – images, yellow – forms, orange – linebreaks and blockquotes, black – HTML tag, gray – other tags. The author made the code available for anyone.

  3. This is cool. The chart looks nice.

    Well, I don’t see any particular use of it, except analyzing the HTML of your own blog. You’ll probably know if you do your site yourself. This can help in further structuring of your blog/blog-post though, I have to test whether adding a new post with a different structure and using HTML tags in a different manner make a significant difference.

    I’ll get back when I have some feedback :)
