kwout - quote a website

This is a simple and new tool with a brillant idea. With Kwout you can cut part of a website and them use it on your own site as quotation. Kwout will leave the links and it will work as an image map.

To use it just go to Kwout, paste the link of a website, cut the image of the site and use it with the code. Simple.

I use it to cut part of Frontols - the recent posts area. Here’s the result (use the mouse to see the links in the image map):

  1. wow, this is a great tool.
I just learned about snagit, and think it is a great tool that can go along the lines with kwout. You can highlight any area in the image, however it doesn’t keep the links.
The great thing about it that the folks at snagit offer a full production version 7.2 for free.

  2. Hi Sherif,
Snagtit is very good for the construction of tutorials capturing images. I have posted about camtasia studio (version 3 - free)from the same company: http://tools.visionmind.net/index.php/camtasia-studio-3-now-for-free/
