A few months ago i posted about WordPress Theme Generator. There is a new WordPress Theme Generator at Wppal.
To create your personalized theme just choose the site settings, the header and post options, the sidebar options and then just press “save” to donwnload your theme zip file and the css file. Easy, simple and free 
Wppal has a few different layouts (six at the moment). They are going to be adding a few layouts a month and will keep it free and easy to use. You can also suggest a theme for integration.

Another free tool to… Graph your site! This is a project from Sala, who also made onethousandpaintings.com.
To use this you need java in your computer, and then just insert your website URL here and wait for the graph to apear. Colors have a relation with tags in your page: blue – links, red – tables, green – DIV tag, violet – images, yellow – forms, orange – linebreaks and blockquotes, black – HTML tag, gray – other tags. The author made the code available for anyone.

A simple and usefull tool. Word Count Tool is a free tool that counts the number of words submitted to it.
Just paste your text to the white box, and you will get the number of words.
It will count words made out of the alphabet, words made from a combination of alphabets and numbers and words with an apostrophe ( ‘ ) and a hyphen, however it will not count numbers as a word (example: 327).
Simple, fast and free.
