Yeah, the icon vanished yesterday!

I cut & pasted the following script from my main index file via view/source:

Hmmm. Wonder if I was supose to save the icon in my own online folder establishing my own link. Perhap the above url is a temparary file of some sort. Hmmm.

I don’t know it you went to my website and seen it for yourself. Strange!

I was wondering if angelfire, my web host, did something to keep there icon on my pages as advertisement. Hmmm. I’m a paying customer and shouldn’t be subject to pop-up ads, advertisements, etc. Hmmm.

I inserted the code in my site’s main index page. Man it looks good! But… it only appears on my main index/home page. I have severial pages on my site, do I have to enbed this code in each one?

Hi Joliveira,

I have put the favicon in wordpress folder which is root folder in my laptop, I am using wamp server.

I had in past used guzel-pro theme and had favicon inside the ../theme/guzel-pro/ folder and it was working fine both in localhost and in website.

I plan to develop the site first in localhost and the host this time but favicon isn’t coming

did you put the code in the in your site? Try to put the icon in the root of your site.

Hi,

I am using prosense theme and have placed favicon icon in the ../theme/ProSense/ProSense folder but I am unable to see the favicon.
